You have to stick with it to see results.

The benefits are huge if you stick with it! You can't leave a poor review if you haven't religiously taken these for a month or two. It's helped my stress, mood, skin, sleep! I've had body aches for years, those are gone. I'm on my 3rd bottle and will continue to take them with these results. Not to mention the great price!
