Mediocre sound: Headphones

1) These headphones sound like a cheap wired headset with headphones. 2) When used with a laptop, the audio is sometimes cut out by one of the other headphones. 3) When used with a YouTube video, the audio will be delayed by about 1 second. So sound and lips are not in sync. 4) VERY expensive compared to the price. Do I have to say more? I wish I was very excited to try them based on ads.
