I think the air freshener is well made. I like that I can set it to different times. at the time of its installation. I set it to every 15 minutes. It wasn't easy to set up until I found the video at the bottom of their page. I watched, stopped, and watched again until I programmed it correctly. I believe if they had a video with simple instructions at the top of the page they would sell a lot more. It's a nifty little product, it just needs to be a little easier to program or have clearer programming instructions. I don't feel like I need to look for an installation video but it should be right there with pictures. I really like doing things right, so I kept going until I got it right. Still I give 3* because it really works once you get the hang of it. Slower, easier to follow, instructions must be attached. The kit did not include spray and batteries. I installed these two things. I have included photos so you can make an informed decision based on your personal needs.
