Review on Benefitfocus by Roy Niemeyer

I like that this tool connects users in an easy way when it comes time for eligibility determination and claim payments. Also very quick once you have logged into your account! It was somewhat confusing at first but after getting used to how it operates my business is now more efficient using these products. Benefitfocus helps manage all claims information within one platform, providing faster access than previous systems had enabled me to utilize at any given moment throughout each month, week or day. I like that it is easy for employees to access and use. It is also very user friendly. The program can be updated and changed as needed without much difficulty. There are some features that could be improved but nothing major. Benefitsfocus has been easy to implement in our organization. We have had no problems using this system. We have seen an increase in employee enrollment and overall satisfaction with benefits.
