Review on 🧀 Men's Mountain Hardwear Exposure Gore-Tex Gloves - Essential Accessories for Outdoor Adventures by Alvin Peoples

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Hard wearing gloves with excellent performance. But not for real work.

Here are the gloves you should get if you want a durable glove that doesn't look like you just got back from the ski resort. Even if you just did it. The leather trim looks great. However, the leather feels quite thin and soft to the touch, so you won't want to use them for heavy physical work like carrying a tree, fighting bushes, construction work, etc. For that you need a cheaper and more durable glove than you can beat. regularly lift and replace without having to take out a loan. All the features you need are included in the glove, except that it doesn't support touchscreen, which is hard to achieve with a glove this thick anyway. - The size is right. I like my gloves to be snug and I usually get a mid layer that fits me. Goretex waterproofing works well. Prolonged swimming underwater did not cause intrusions. The outer fabric sheds most of the water before it even reaches a Goretex membrane. Soft inner material is comfortable. The stretchable elastic wrist band works well. Great that there is a clip to hold 2 gloves together for storage. - Small reflective strip on 4th toe which I think could help with safety but is probably too small in practice. - There is a fabric loop on the inside of the wrist to help you put the glove on. This is a nice feature that I haven't seen on other gloves. The fourth finger has a fingertip pocket on a reflective strip to facilitate glove removal. You stretch out your hand before you put on the gloves. Therefore, when you take off the gloves, they are still hanging on your hand, will not fall off or get lost. Pretty cool.

Pros
  • Pretty impressive
Cons
