The water started to turn yellowish and when I emptied the pitcher and wiped with a paper towel - there was a brownish-yellow layer of Ish on the towel - what am I drinking? When I pulled the filter out there was mold on the plastic part that the filter snaps into - the parts came off in the wash but the parts are soft rubber which looks porous and the mold doesn't flake off - you can see in the picture - that is after i cleaned it - this is my second catfish jar - i had the same problem with the first one - they sent a replacement - when the same problem came back they said it was too long since i originally bought it the jug so they couldn't do anything - I bought a new one - hoping they improved the plastic parts that much and the new jug doesn't have this problem - oh and the little soup in the front almost broke off on one side straight away - I like the look of this jug - but unfortunately I have the same problem and I'm worried about what I'm putting in my body - which filter jug should I use?
