Product was in excellent condition and packaged very securely. The laptop was a great computer overall, but the trackpad is small so you'll need to buy a separate mouse to keep the laptop running as fast as possible. Eventually the trackpad stopped working and the cursor didn't appear, but a separate mouse I bought for a few bucks worked great. Battery life is generally satisfactory and considered short compared to other laptops you can buy for the same price. The material of the laptop was heavily soiled and there were slight fingerprints on the case. The overall size of the laptop was quite bulky and heavy with a small screen. The length of the screen was large, but the width was quite small. The multitasking feature works very well and I am very happy with its performance. Dragging a tab to the second smaller screen scales it perfectly so you can see the tab and use it easily. You can have three tabs on the bottom screen and more on the top. One feature I found very useful was that you could resize, drag and drop different tabs to different places on the laptop. It's great for multitasking and I have no complaints about this part of the laptop. The touchscreen was like any other and works well with stylists. This is very similar to an iPad or a touchscreen computer. Overall, this is a great product for work and school when you need to be able to browse many tabs at once.
