. MAKE SURE the jacks on the radio and computer are FILLED! The first few times I tried using this cable, I got reports that it couldn't read the radio or something. I then tried to make sure the USB connector and plugs going to my baofeng were tight. Ensuring the jack plug sits flush with the radio is more difficult than you might think. After that the cable worked great! Win10 does not require drivers. Also works with Raspberry Pi!
