I really liked it until about the 4th month I decided to turn off the power button. Never dropped or abused. I think this is to be expected if you ride a general route and use it more than once a week. I don't know how to contact the manufacturer to report a bug on their product but I'm sure they've seen it many times and are fully aware of it. Beware, although it took almost 4 months. I don't know if that's a standard or what. The manufacturer should make it easy to reach out to them about these issues, if I just didn't miss it my apologies. I think it's time to spend a little more for quality.
