I think this dock has a sudden crash.

I have two of these docking stations and have successfully reproduced the problem I am about to write about on both. I contacted their support via email but their response was rather lackluster, they didn't seem to understand the issue. My docking station setup looks like this: USB A -> C wired keyboard (on the keyboard) Wireless mouse (receiver on the front) USB Ethernet microphone (USB A on the back of the hub) Laptop connector with power supply (display will plugged directly into another port on my Mac Air, so there is no display hub) I rely heavily on the internet to describe how I use this dock. I connect my Mac Air M1 to it and access my real gaming PC's remote session over the network via Moonlight or Parsec. moonlight. I'm using 4k resolution at 150Mbps. Parsec is similar, although the limits are 50 Mbps. When using Moonlight or Parsec the dock stops working after a while until I turn it off and on again. Sometimes it will recover after freezing for about 10 seconds, but that's rare. It's frustrating because I often play online games. and suddenly disappeared from the game. Since the game is running on the host machine, I can usually be back in a minute or two. I'm not sure why the hub is failing, but I have two of these and it's happening with both. This did not happen on the hubs of the competitors, although they had other shortcomings. I feel like 150Mbps is well within spec, and since I'm not running a display with a docking station it shouldn't be too hard. My use case might be an exception as I'm essentially playing on a Mac with the host computer on the network, but that's something to worry about if you're using ethernet heavily with a consistently high bitrate. Without this near-catastrophic issue, this hub would be almost perfect.
