I was training for a marathon and lately my knee has been interfering with my training. I thought maybe braces would help. On weekday evenings, I do workout videos that usually include lunges and squats, and on Saturdays I run. This brace has helped minimize the discomfort I experience during these activities. It fits as expected, I used the size chart available in someone else's review so thanks to them! I don't understand why there is no size chart in the product description. I'm buying a second one for the other knee and should be ready for a marathon in December! Oh it also has little grip lines inside to keep the clip in place, that's in the photo too. The only thing I don't like is that the washing instruction label is in the top center and blocks some of the handle lines. i think i will remove it.
