The ease of use, flexibility to customize your own L&D program for each department/team is amazing - there's no need to re-write content every time you add an additional team or change course offerings with new courses etc, all this can be done at one place without having multiple systems which makes things easier when managing budgets as well.

I don't like that we have two separate platforms (eLearning & Classroom) where teachers are required to log into both system in order to access their classes. Also if they want to check out other people online from different class rooms then again same issue arises since its 2 seperate platform rather than 1 single integrated solution. We were looking forward how easy will our training programs would become once implemented across organization instead of writing them individually for various departments within orgs.
