Screech like a pig! for brakes

I put these on the back of my 2014 F150 and they squeaked like a stuck pig right from the start. Nothing I tried helped get rid of the squeak so I removed them and sent them back! The only conclusion I came to was that these ceramic pads were installed on existing, non-turned rotors. Turn on Motorcraft and they will be silent.
