The board works well and has a reset button which some others don't have. It is important to note that DTR, RTS, and CTS are not associated with the USB serial interface chip. This is indicated on the chart. There are blank pads that you can solder a small piece of wire to to make these connections. This was what I needed to do to continue communicating with my XBee after switching to 115200 baud. I'm assuming they're left blank for you to use externally, but I think they should be filled in by default. Since the diagram clearly says "NC", this is technically not a defect.
