I bought this product thinking I found a good deal. Looked great when it arrived and seemed to work well. Until I tried to work on it a little. It is advertised as bundled with Windows Professional 10, which is a basic required feature. It seems like there is only one online version of the word Onedrive and you can't open and save Microsoft Office documents on a laptop. EVERYTHING must be stored online. I thought I could deal with it and just buy genuine Microsoft Office software, BUT IT'S WORSE! I bought it and used it at home first, so it sat on my desk. After 3 months I have unplugged it to take it to my bedroom to watch my show, BUT THE DEVICE WILL NOT STAY ON WHEN IT IS NOT CONNECTED TO THE NETWORK. I've searched the net for fixes with drivers and whatnot but haven't found anything and don't even need to do this. I sent an email to support and after a few months I still haven't received a reply. WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER AND I DON'T HAVE $1,000.
