This computer will not let me log into any system. I couldn't access my documents or Windows Office. It won't accept my basic email credentials to receive emails in the Mail app. This computer is terrible.

I bought this product thinking I found a good deal. Looked great when it arrived and seemed to work well. Until I tried to work on it a little. This is a beast. This is my new travel laptop. It has enough power to run anything I throw at it, including some old games. Build quality and worth the money. I love this device.

Great PC! Really fast, light and has a long battery life. I thought the smaller screen size might be an issue, but it's really great - edge to edge. Does the job very well. The only minor downside (hence a 4 star rating) is that the mouse pad's swivel mechanism isn't great. It's very insensitive to "click balance", so it's slow/labor intensive and not very responsive. You have to press very hard on each side of the pad to cut, copy, paste, etc. This is purely a mechanical issue. Considering all
