The distance between communicators is advertised as 3/4 mile. However, they can be 1/4 mile long at best. Also, in one of the three communicators we bought, the speakers are cut and cut. If we change the communicator, the problem follows the communicator. On another communicator, the elastic band detached from the top button on first use. When trying to contact support via phone and email, none of the methods responded to multiple attempts. We will not recommend them to anyone or this company. Bad customer service when they don't even acknowledge your call or email.
