Speakers stopped working after a few uses. One of the blocks failed immediately. On the road, usage was erratic on all bands.

The connector from the headphone to the unit is terrible, they tried to make it waterproof but in the end it turned out to be too tight and had to break the headphone jacks, loses connection and mostly just keeps playing one side! The charging connector would be fine without the rubber boot!

The device worked well on a walk. At the end of the ride, place the device on the Uclear charger and the damn thing melted on the charger in about 20 minutes. There is a bang and the smell of burning electronics. The battery inside must also be swollen. Luckily I was close enough to turn off the device before the lithium battery exploded.

I upgraded my AMP to this, it has much better sound quality through the speakers and people on the phone can hear me well. 4 starts because the motion sensor is WAY too sensitive. When I turn my head to check my blind spots or see what, where, and where I'm going, the sensor shuts off and pauses my music or cranks the volume up to insane levels. But otherwise so far so good, I'll update if there's anything to update.

The distance between communicators is advertised as 3/4 mile. However, they can be 1/4 mile long at best. Also, in one of the three communicators we bought, the speakers are cut and cut. If we change the communicator, the problem follows the communicator. On another communicator, the elastic band detached from the top button on first use. When trying to contact support via phone and email, none of the methods responded to multiple attempts. We will not recommend them to anyone or this company…

We used it for short trips but got about 1000 miles on it. Easy to use, maybe 0.5 mile intercom function. The volume is good, the microphones are good. The only problem I had was that the Quick Access button fell off me after a few weeks. I contacted the support service and a few days later they sent a new block. The old device will still work, it's just not waterproof anymore. VERY happy with the support because of the quick response. Due to Covid I'm waiting for the other two companies to fix
