This isn't my first pair - my puppy unfortunately ruined my last pair - I really liked them. I ordered a new pair this summer and my left one fell apart completely. Yesterday was literally a chaotic day and thing seemed weird and - see pic. I've only owned them since late March and live in Montana so they're a bit worn lol. I don't know how to contact the seller. I want a new pair and will buy in the future - I think it's a random issue.
