Excellent price. The harness is well made and costs less than the retail price when the item was sold through Pet smart. I ordered size 12. The size fits a small puppy or a very small dog and might be a little big for a mini size puppy. My dog usually carries a small ax in a harness and it fits her just right. My dog is a toy poodle and weighs about 7 pounds.
