I wonder why this vacuum got so many rave reviews. Yes, it's lightweight, perfect for us seniors (weight wise), but the money stops there. Suction power is normal at best, not very impressive. Laying the cord on its side is inconvenient (it wraps around a stick, just poor design). It doesn't stand on its own, so if you stop mid-clean you have to keep leaning it against something. It is very heavy indeed so maneuvering can be difficult. Pros: - Light weight - LED light on the front so you can see the dirt it's picking up - The front is detachable so you can use a long tube to get into those hard-to-reach places - The top part/the Vacuum cleaner part can be used to clean stairs, cars, small areas, etc. Cons: - Suction is not very strong - Does not stand on its own - Cord storage - General design - Small bowl for collecting dirt, needs to be emptied constantly - Filters need to be cleaned frequently and to be changed - the roller brush on the bottom gets clogged with hair and starts to stick and doesn't spin, so they generally need constant cleaning, not worth the money, go ahead, look for something else!
