I've ridden about 300 miles on wheels so far. There's definitely an advantage when you're rolling over 18 mph. With carbon instead of aluminum wheels you can keep your speed longer. So far I'm happy with the wheels. I've been on bumpier roads, uphill and downhill, and so far they've held up. Although I will say that I am not a fan of the brakes. They leave a blue deposit on the rim and I have yet to stop them from squeaking. I've tried bending them, grinding them, cleaning the rims, etc. But they didn't achieve success in the utter silence of the noise.
