It really depends on how you want it to look. With WeatherTech I would pay $221. I've seen WeatherTech quality, it's got nice thick strong plastic and looks like a semi-gloss plastic case, but it does slip a bit even in an "HD" seating position, especially with a choppy passenger. I like the MAXpider with the type of embossing pattern that gives it a slightly natural look with a matte feel that matches the original carpet. MAXpider sticks, doesn't move at all. This is a bucket shape, the quality is good and durable. For the price it's amazing!
