Do not hesitate to buy, the quality is amazing for the price.
I correct them with the same Arkosovskie chef and santoku knives (pictured), and the rest of the knives are simpler. Works quite well. The sharpening angle of Arkosovski knives is small, so you need to edit often. Not rusty. True, I did not wet it, but some mussats themselves rust.
- Long, fits 20-21 cm knives. Good steel. Doesn't rust. Adequate price.
