As others have written, this counter does not work. It's an "IS" ball bearing spinner, but horribly unbalanced and the part that spins to determine the direction of the wind needs work. I'm a mechanic and pretty anal so I'll "make it work" but for normal people it would be a waste of money. I also bought a Jupiter decoy from the same company and it works and looks fantastic. I would definitely recommend this. This one isn't very good. The concept is good, it just needs a little more technology. UPDATE Okay, I originally gave it two stars, but I've upped it to three. I balanced both wheels and now everything works "ok". One of the blades was heavy considering how small it is. THIS MUST BE BALANCED BY THE SELLER. Especially since it cost €70. I wish I could refund them their time like we do in my job of fixing defective purchased products. Looks nice. Another update. Rating upgraded from 3 to 4. Thick neodymium rare earth magnets. It helped balance it out. Now works at the slightest hint of a breeze. The manufacturer must provide them with instructions. It only took about 5 magnets. Very very nice
