Used this for several days with no response, was on a short trip and forgot to take it with me. I resumed use a week later and on the 2nd day my eyelids started itching. I found it looked irritated around my eyes when I applied it to the base of my upper and lower lashes. Before bed, my eyelids and lower lashes were purple and felt very irritated. I didn't wear makeup on the days I wore it so I just used this eyelash conditioner. Luckily it didn't hit my eyes. Any irritation and itching around my eyes. My eyes are still irritated this morning. The purple is almost completely gone, but my eyes are watering more than usual, probably because I keep touching them because they itch. I don't grind them; I try to avoid it. Unfortunately today I have some things that I normally use makeup for, but I won't need to apply anything to avoid risking further irritation. . I don't wear contact lenses, so it's not because chemicals from another product are causing a reaction. That goes in the trash. Anyway, it's too hard for my eyelids and when I rub my eyes from irritation I'm afraid my eyelashes might fall out. I got this from the Vine program and my reviews are always open and honest about the results I get and my opinions on the products I try. So I don't know what the return policy is for this eyelash serum but for those who still want to try it I'll see if it can be returned if it causes irritation. Even better, I wouldn't risk the irritation and if thick lashes are still that important, switch to false lashes.
