Wow. I bought 4 packs of these after seeing a video of a woman driving into town with these bad guys like a boss on a shell. Since I love tamales and have my own assembly line of workers (3 kids) I decided we're going to have a TAMALE night this weekend! I made my family recipe for Masa and Verde to go with my Salted Roast Chicken Breasts. I laid out parchment paper for each of my kids and a cake tin with my mixed batter, gave them this tool and told them to get to work. We made 48 tamales in about 15 minutes. Yes, it takes a minute or two to get the right thickness, but when you do it's amazing. The tamales turned out perfect.
