Hasn't lasted more than a month without breaking

Received this propane tank on May 3rd for use in our RV. Today, June 8th, I noticed a lightning burglary. Looks like a seam defect along the zipper. And the inner fabric is all wet in the hole because it rained. No big deal, just sucks. Of course it's a little over a month so I can't return it. We have only made two trips with him. I expected it to last more than a month from normal wear and tear. Unfortunately it isn't.
