I definitely recommend buying, I didn't notice any disadvantages.
You need to buy a "starter" and more. I bought it for my parents as a gift for the new year, in the spring they finally melted it and were very pleased, the old rectangular boiled brazier is no longer used now. Father bought in addition and embedded a temperature sensor, joyful fries meat!
