I liked this product. Very bright at night while being subtle yet welcoming during the day. However, they did not give me a stake for one of the lights. When I reached out to the company to have one replaced, it took them a week to respond and they wanted pictures of a stake I didn’t have to confirm that there was a problem. I explained the stake didn’t exist. They apologized and acknowledged the problem by telling me one stake would fix the problem but they didn’t have that stake. They stated that the factory worker must have forgotten to put it in the box and they cannot send it to me as the lights are sold in sets. Furthermore, when I received the package they were just parts in a box, nothing fancy or even to make it seem organized. When I told them that if they forgot to send it, wouldn’t that mean they have a surplus of one stake. I mean if they are sold in sets they would have an extra that doesn’t belong to a set.They replied by telling me to just place the plastic tube into the ground "deeply and hardly”.I simply told them that I was not going to do that.After waiting another day for another response they finally said they would like to offer me a $3 refund. I politely declined and told them to refund me $8.34 for the light as a whole. They accepted.Fantastic lights, Terrible Service.
