As you can see this happened when replacing the roller after more than 3 weeks in my vacuum cleaner. The mechanical part inside the vacuum cleaner contains metal and plastic fragments and has stopped working. I couldn't get a clear picture to post. Over the past 4+ years I've taken the roller that came with the vacuum and cleaned it many times so I'm not new to it. This role is perfect. I don't know what caused it to be so stuck that the metal and plastic cut into the mechanism. But this is the first time I've bought a new one, now that the return/refund time has passed I've messed up and. I need to buy a new vacuum cleaner. BUY PARTS FROM THE MANUFACTURER.
