The heart rate sensor on this watch has never been stable. After two months of trying to figure this out myself, I finally contacted Coros customer service. I have provided you with the requested video and other detailed information. The answer I got was that the sensor doesn't work because I have tattoos on my wrists. I'm very concerned that this was the answer... I don't really know if the watch is at fault or not, although it still doesn't give me consistent heart rate readings. But blame me for having tattoos? It's a low blow and incredibly offensive. I've been using Garmin watches for many years and have never had a problem with heart rate data, tattoos or not. Make the product better, Koros. And don't blame the customer who just wants your product to work properly.
