I love that it helps my company maintain our plant with less headaches compared to a paperless system (i can't stand doing paperwork!). It's great how they have kept us connected constantly with their customer service. No big issues when there was nothing really at all! The customer support is stellar, which is just as important in this day and age where employees are looking for jobs elsewhere once things aren't going well. Keeping our production line running smoothly without any major problems or complaints from workers about not being able to find certain parts etc.,etc. I like that it's very customizable so you can do almost anything with this system! It also has some great reporting features which are pretty helpful in keeping track of your data. The customer support could be better as well. They don't seem to have much knowledge about our business or industry. There aren't many things we dislike but there really isn't too much at all either. We've been able to keep track of everything from inventory levels to service requests quite easily.
