This came in the mail today so I haven't used it yet but I have bought from this company before. I bought a bag set that included a large bag and a shoulder bag for less than $40 (if I remember correctly). I have many bags but I use these 2 interchangeably. Shopping crossbody and work bag. I haven't used any other handbag since I bought this one! I can already tell that this backpack will be the same. Bags, bags, bags! There are so many compartments with pockets for things and they are not small useless pockets. Each zippered pocket or area can serve a specific purpose. The exterior has a canvas feel and the interior is easy to wipe clean if you spill. I wanted to buy a large bag to carry my laptop, briefcase, etc. to work, but also fit my wallet and other "handbag-like" things. I'm so tired of carrying separate bags for everything. Here it is! If I run into any issues I'll post an update, but for now I'm glad I finally have a week's carry-all bag to work with!
