This Ulanzi tripod mount/vertical mount works so well I bought a second one. I use this tripod with my iPhone 7 Plus in a case. I use one to hold it on my large quick release tripod and the other with my mini tripod. I tried another brand which is spring loaded and too tight to use with a phone cover and very tight without a cover. I'm afraid I will damage my phone. The design of this Ulanzi mount is made of durable plastic with metal threads. This one is perfect, holds my phone very securely and is well balanced. What I appreciate the most is the ability to easily switch from landscape to portrait mode. Good product!
