The functionality of this platform has been very useful for us over our tenure with them as they have continued evolving it throughout their relationship in order to keep up current trends such as GDPR compliance etc! They continue listening intently when we share suggestions or ideas but also take these seriously - always providing an open door should more improvements be needed along with frequent updates/upgrades (even those which are minor) from you guys at Pinnacle Progression who actually develop & supportSpindle DDM system too!!The only thing I would say could improve upon now was if there might perhaps one year ago maybe some greater thought into what features people use most? And then focus efforts towards improving any issues not necessarily all customers may find beneficial yet still worthy consideration?? Maybe even try out 1 month free version prior to annual renewal date just incase anything does end up being superfluous once used?!
