A great team behind Spinda DM and continuous evolution

The functionality of this platform has been very useful for us over our tenure with them as they have continued evolving it throughout their relationship in order to keep up current trends such as GDPR compliance etc! They continue listening intently when we share suggestions or ideas but also take these seriously - always providing an open door should more improvements be needed along with frequent updates/upgrades (even those which are minor) from you guys at Pinnacle Progression who actually

  • User friendly interface
  • Great security measures, especially within admin account area where users need multi user authorisation rights before able accessing certain areas eith other.
  • Multi currency conversion capability available alongside standard GBP conversions offered by many UK banks already..(eCommerce wise)
  • Very easy integration capabilities via APIs provided through 3rd party developers

Easy and effective software package used often

It's easy to use with all of our clients having their own unique requirements for what they need from us as an agency - we are able to support them in this way! I dislike how it can be difficult at times when you're trying to find something within the system but there isn't anything wrong specifically about spindledocs themselves; however, some things might just take longer than others if searching through documents or finding information which has been uploaded by another user/client etc.…

Pros
  • The fact that everything is saved into one platform really makes life easier compared say using Dropbox where each client could have different folders stored separately..all data would still remain safe & secure even though not everyone uses drop box anymore.It also allows me access my work file anywhere without worrying too much whether i'm doing so securely it keeps your stuff synced across multiple devices meaning no matter who logs onto whatever device (PC / Mac) its automatically available whenever

Very helpful cloud software that saves time

It has made my life much simpler by being able to upload documents online in one click which was previously very hard for us as we had lots of staff who would have needed access at different times. The system takes some getting used too but once you do it makes things easy! If there are any issues with uploading or retrieving information then they usually fix them straight away when contacted via live chat service - excellent customer support team!! Highly recommended if looking into this…

  • The best part is the customer support team is very quick to fix issues as they arise and are very easy to access

  • Sometimes documents will not upload or upload in the wrong place (a new folder instead of where they are at) and it takes them

Excellent Support & Reliable Product

The customer service from Spindle is outstanding. They are always there for you when you need them. In fact they have been very supportive of our new project which has come about due to their support. A lack of features available in other products. I believe this is due to the fact that the product was designed with small businesses in mind. This means that it is not as advanced as some of its competitors. Great way to keep track and organize client information

I like how easy it makes finding documents for clients/employees because everything can be uploaded online or emailed directly from within my account section of spindledocs! Nothing really as such but i do think its good having all in one place rather than searching through multiple different places which could lead me getting confused with dates etc - just an idea though maybe other companies are using this too? Would love if you had more options when printing out invoices (maybe have option…

An extremely beneficial app that is sure...

It allows for many different ways of organising documents within folders which can be easily accessed in seconds by anyone who requires them! The only issue I have with it at this moment would probably seem like nitpicking but when you're using something as important as an organisational tool then small things do matter - not being able to see all file names without hovering over each icon seems stupidly counter intuitive (and yes, there are other options available). Good alternative document management software

This product has allowed our organization better control of documents with regards to access rights and permissions which also provides some sort of centralized security policy. I do not see anything negative regarding this application as it works very well for us at present.
