It has made my life much simpler by being able to upload documents online in one click which was previously very hard for us as we had lots of staff who would have needed access at different times. The system takes some getting used too but once you do it makes things easy! If there are any issues with uploading or retrieving information then they usually fix them straight away when contacted via live chat service - excellent customer support team!! Highly recommended if looking into this product please ensure all requirements can be met before purchasing otherwise problems will arise later down line. Being an Accountant I am constantly sending invoices out across multiple companies within our department using xero accounting tool making sure everything looks correct including attachments etc. This program allows me send these quickly without having to open excel files each week/month and manually create new invoice copies from scratch ensuring nothing goes wrong along way through creating process.- Easily accessible anywhere anytime allowing quick turnaround between departments I like how it has everything you need within one platform! The best part about this program is being able to have all of my documents in one place instead having them scattered throughout different folders or hard drives/computers - which leads me right into another issue; not knowing where they are at any given moment. Sometimes when I am searching for something (a specific file) I can't find what I'm looking for because its somewhere else other than the folder designated as "where i keep things".
