It allows for many different ways of organising documents within folders which can be easily accessed in seconds by anyone who requires them! The only issue I have with it at this moment would probably seem like nitpicking but when you're using something as important as an organisational tool then small things do matter - not being able to see all file names without hovering over each icon seems stupidly counter intuitive (and yes, there are other options available). If someone was looking specifically into how they could organise their files more effectively than previous systems or solutions offered out there; maybe look elsewhere? You will spend less time searching through lots of icons/folders trying to find what you need instead spending those minutes doing something productive such as writing reports / proposals etc!
