Instant relief but so - so quality
I bought these instead of shoes inserts since we're virtual learning and my son doesn't wear shoes as much these days. He has Severs Apophisitis and said these instantly helped him walk around the house without as much pain. However, after only 5 minutes of wear the "K" is already coming off one sock and 1 of the 3 socks we received is significantly smaller than the others, so much so that it is uncomfortable for him to wear it.
- They work better than expected! A bit tricky to clean but helped her heel pain a lot!
- Not guaranteed to cure heel sensitivity completely
