Renew. after talking to someone from the Chairman company, it turned out to be a delivery error. They sent me a chair that weighed 250 pounds instead of 350 pounds. They apologized and partially refunded the money. The company responded quickly and spoke honestly. I first opened the box and found 2 books with assembly instructions in Spanish and 1 in French, no English. It was easy to follow the pictures but still someone made a mistake. Be careful the description says 350 pounds but the book that comes with the chair says 250 pounds. I made sure it's not kg but it's definitely pounds. The main reason I chose this chair was its weight. I wanted something that I know will last. The lumbar region is huge. Too much padding and too much pressure on the back. The chair feels solid but the armrests feel cheap. So this is just the first day. I will update this review after using it for a while. Seems comfortable even without the lumbar pillow, it just sucks the velcro and rubs against my back while I sit without it.
