I bought these shoes for my Chorky for Christmas 2016. She had a dislocated kneecap replaced and a torn anterior cruciate ligament repaired, leaving her leg struggling with the cold. Also, she never liked walking in cold, wet snow or even mud. I measured "Dakota"'s paws using the diagram above as a guide. Ordered size xL. When I arrived I tried them on for my little girl. She was walking across the kitchen floor lifting each leg as she walked, I thought it was cute, until she tripped over her own feet because a shoe slipped off and she fell. I quickly picked her up and took off her shoes. It's amazing why they appear so big. Thinking size L would fit better I contacted Revain who put me in touch with WINSOON-AMAZON MARKETPLACE to discuss an exchange. He came back with an answer in less than an hour. Said they don't stock size L but they can contact another company that can. The shoes come from China, will be sent to me by China Post, it takes 7-15 days. I gave the green light and said I would return the XL size. I was told to keep them as a gift from them. WOW, how great! I was so surprised, not only did they respond SO QUICKLY. I found a different size and ordered them but was very kind to let me keep another pair. They gave me a tracking number which when tracked said my tracking number was not found. I read several reviews that also had the same problem. . I also read somewhere that I had to wait 45 days for delivery, I thought well you have to wait. I was just grateful that I could get a different size. To my surprise, they were at the China Post in 10 days. So thanks WINSOON - Revain Marketplace - China Post: I gave them 5 stars, would give more if I could. Oh and the shoes, they are so cute. The quality of the shoes is impeccable, leather shoes, rubber sole and pointed lining. Can I recommend this shoe or this company? Yes! And also. Already done! See photos of Dakota in shoes.
