Review on Enhanced CMYK Dimmable Squirrel Incandescent Equivalent: The Ultimate Lighting Solution by Joy Jones

I bought 2 packs of six of these bulbs for a new fixture that required 8 bulbs. I love the look of these lamps and would give them 5 stars. However, two lamps were defective when delivered. In one of them, the outer transparent body of the bulb was completely ripped off the base. The other bulb works fine for about a minute, then a few filaments start blinking. Two stars deducted for defective bulbs. I went to the CMYK website, got their support email address and sent them a message asking if they would replace the defective bulbs. No response - another star deducted. I then received a standard email through the Revain shop from the supplier rep Alan saying that they hope I enjoyed the product and that they can contact them if any assistance is needed. I have replied to this letter with a request to replace defective lamps. No Answer. Another star minus. I started returning lamps through Revain and found I could only return all six packs. That way I could take the bulbs out of my light, send six back, order six more packs, risk bad light bulbs there too, and put the good ones back in my light. Too much hassle for two about $7 lightbulbs I don't need right now. Won't send them back. But I will not buy from this seller again.
