22-8-2019 Updating my original review below: I've added an extra star based on the overall experience with this product and the customer support. sent another block for verification. Unfortunately, when replacing the compressor, problems arose that I did not pay attention to. For context; I've had several of these types of auto/small compressors, which is why I had such strong opinions about the user interface and functionality. Let me end this update by saying the customer service I have experienced has been 5 stars. They did an amazing job of communication and were willing to make things right for me. If you don't mind the small problems I described - buy this compressor! It's a great price and works well. I have no objection to his recommendation (assuming you agree with my description).—————————— First off, let me say this is a great compressor. I would recommend it to a friend. My issues with this are based on my experience with a couple of compressors, which I hold dear. switches off (almost) at the desired pressure. Cons - The power cord is too short. If you have an SUV or truck, you may have trouble - setting the pressure you want isn't easy. Pressing the pressure button does not show an immediate increase/decrease in the pressure value on the display; you have to keep your finger on the button. When you press the button, the pressure changes suddenly. Remember the times when you tried to set the clock and wanted the value to go up a bit, but the value accelerated very quickly and shot out at the time you were aiming for. This is how this compressor works. Made me absolutely insane. The compressor shuts off 0.5psi to the desired pressure. In order to reach the set pressure, the device must be switched off and on again several times. I want the exact pressure I set, or like some other units 1/2 psi higher. The above disadvantages are (probably) not an obstacle for most. I personally couldn't stand it and sent the device back. Other small compressors I've had were easy to set up and stopped at just the right pressure. In addition, the cables were slightly longer than on this device. As I said at the beginning, this is a great little compressor. If what I've described isn't a problem for you, I think you'll be very happy with it.
