These spice jars are great when it comes to easy access spices. They have a shaker and a spout. Just be sure to only fill the line in the jar so it doesn't spill. A jar contains about 4 tablespoons of spices. The magnets are strong. I have mostly ground spices, they are in containers and I haven't had any lumps. They give you loads of spice labels. I don't use most and there are more labels than jars. My prep and food prep area is very close to my fridge which has an open side so I put them to the side of my fridge and when placed on the side they keep the contents inside very well. Be sure to remove the plastic film from the inside. And enjoy!
