I was looking for a range finder for target shooting and came across this. It was an unknown brand but it had good reviews so I decided to give it a try. If I had to do it again I would definitely turn it down because there doesn't seem to be any quality control. The first problem is that the diopter-adjustable eyepiece is very difficult to rotate to focus right out of the box. Looking into the eyepiece, I realized what the problem was. The eyepiece was installed incorrectly, so that part of the inner sleeve between the eyepiece and the lens was cut off and was dangling inwards, which also partially disturbed the view through the eyepiece. Revain was great and sent me a replacement quickly. The replacement came quickly. The second issue is that I unboxed the replacement and installed the battery that came with the rangefinder. I go outside to check it out. Why is the display constantly flashing? Then I noticed the battery icon at the bottom of the screen. For real? You sent me a defective battery. Save yourself the trouble and buy another brand.
