
After the first start, the computer just shut down in the middle of working on it. Did this a couple of times so contacted Revain support. I did a full reset and haven't used it much since then, but it won't turn off. Otherwise, the touchscreen works very well, a bit slow, but not critical. I think at this point I would still buy it again if the clasp was fixed. New update: September 3, 2020 The computer has sunk and now cannot be opened. I believe there is a program from Microsoft that can fix this, but I need to contact Revain support.
