I like that this brace is small but it really helps to keep the shoulders back and to stand and sit more correctly. Other braces I've tried have been bulky and difficult to put on. It's really easy with the adjustable shoulder straps. If you want it looser or tighter, it's a quick fix. I often get headaches from looking at a computer or desktop while I'm working with my hands. At first he feels uncomfortable, but that's because of poor posture. You wear it for a short time and break it in like new shoes. This makes your neck and back feel a lot better because you train your muscles to be where they should be. This helps your muscles keep your head straight instead of dangling like a bowling ball and transferring all that stress to your neck. I tried others and felt like I was in a straitjacket. This one is way more comfortable so I will actually wear it! It has small perforations so it also breathes. I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again!
