Doesn't recognize cartridges
We have several of these at work. Gradually they stopped recognizing cartridges. One of them also broke the button for attaching labels, which means you have to pull out a small metal tab with pliers after each label. Stay away from dyno label makers. It's overpriced junk destined to fail.
