for Dell Optiplex 780 with failed PSU. The piece arrived in good condition but the inner packaging looked like a kindergarten project. Perfectly installed, all plugs fit. The problem was figuring out how to remove the old power supply. The computer started immediately after installation and has been running for about 2 months. I highly recommend identifying the part number of the old power supply and making sure the new power supply references that part number. Not me. Based only on the model number, the PC got the wrong part on the first try.
